Last updated: 12 July 2026

This policy describes how Sea Dragon S.p.A. processes personal data when you visit https://www.seadragon.cl/ or contact us. We aim to keep it clear and proportionate to how the site is actually used.

1. Data controller

Controller: Sea Dragon S.p.A. Contact email for personal data matters: contacto@seadragon.cl.

2. Data we process

Contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided), message and minimal technical data related to submission (for example, date and time).

Browsing and preferences: selected language (language preference cookie) and ordinary server technical data needed to provide the service (for example, IP address in security or error logs).

Admin panel: for authorised staff only; includes account data, authentication (password, passkeys and/or second factor) and activity related to content management.

3. Purposes and bases

Responding to contact-form requests and providing reasonable commercial or informational follow-up to those enquiries.

Operating, securing and improving the site (including language preference and abuse prevention).

Complying with applicable legal obligations and managing internal access to the admin panel.

4. Recipients and processors

We may use infrastructure, email or hosting providers that process data on our behalf (for example, sending contact messages). Such providers act on our instructions and with appropriate security measures.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed to provide the service, where required by law, or with your consent when applicable.

5. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for an additional reasonable period for operational or legal reasons. Technical logs are kept under limited security and retention criteria. Admin accounts are maintained while authorisation remains in place.

6. Individual rights

Under applicable law, you may request access, rectification, updating, deletion or objection to processing of your data, and exercise other rights that apply to you. To do so, email contacto@seadragon.cl and identify your request reasonably.

If you live in a country with a data protection authority, you may also lodge a complaint with that authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data (admin access control, HTTPS in transit, and common hardening practices). No system is perfectly secure; if you detect an incident, contact us.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can review and delete that information where appropriate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to the user.
