Abuse reports

This channel is only for reporting misuse of Sea Dragon S.p.A. infrastructure, domain or brand. It is not commercial support. The abuse mailbox is abuse@seadragon.cl.

1. What you can report here

Phishing, fake websites or messages impersonating Sea Dragon or using the seadragon.cl domain.

Spam, malware or other abusive traffic that appears to originate from our domains, servers or email addresses.

Unauthorised use of our brand, logos or visual identity in misleading or fraudulent contexts.

Other security incidents related to our public services (for example, suspicious activity attributable to our infrastructure).

2. What does not belong here

Sales enquiries, proposals or product information: use the site contact form or email contacto@seadragon.cl.

Privacy requests or data-subject rights: see the Privacy policy and email contacto@seadragon.cl.

Internal admin-panel access issues or other non-abuse administrative matters.

3. How to send a useful report

Email abuse@seadragon.cl and include, where possible: a short description of the incident; URLs, screenshots or email headers; dates and time zones; IP addresses or other technical indicators; and your contact details for follow-up.

Do not send executables or passwords. If material is sensitive, describe it first and arrange a secure channel if needed.

4. What we will do

We review good-faith reports and prioritise incidents that affect security or third parties. We may ask for more information. We do not guarantee a reply in every case (for example incomplete, duplicate or out-of-scope reports).

6. Governing law

This channel and its use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to the user.
